Trisana Chandler from Tamora Pierce's Circle of Magic books.
Tris is my favourite character in the series. She's a bad-tempered, speccy bookworm who likes storms - no that doesn't remind me of anyone, why do you ask?
She's also a weather witch who can control winds and lightning and can store lightning in her hair.
I'm quite proud of this - it almost has a background! Hopefully I'll get around to doing the 3 other main characters eventually.

i love that series too i like Tris the best because if she gets angry she will just zap you with some lightning and she is the one in the series the most like me
